Photos below of our foundation currently under construction for our custom home in CapeSide, located in Sunset Beach, NC for the Carfora's. You would never know we just had an inch of rain in less than 24 hours here...a testament to the benefits of sand! Foundation construction will continue over the week, check back for new photos weekly...

Welcome to our first blog entry for the latest home just starting construction in CapeSide. This is a custom home for our clients, The Carfora's.

We'll update the blog periodically with interesting information about this particular custom home, including Energy Star and Green Building practices that will be employed. As with all Whitney Blair homes, this home with be Energy Star certified. Provided below are a few initial photos showing the cleared lot in CapeSide: more to come in the next several days, provided the weather cooperates!
